dr.karl
As the title suggests, what exactly is a neural network? I've seen a few systems based on this but I'm bewildered to what one exactly is.
London_Calling
Re: What is a neural network? Well, it's not something you knock out in 30 seconds. On a Google search for 'Neural Network', this came out first: http://www.cs.stir.ac.uk/~lss/NNIntro/InvSlides.html It's called'An Introduction to Neural Networks'. bigs
Re: What is a neural network? Two words to describe "neural network" and those are "Artificial Inteligence" ;) So a quick way to describe it, you give it an entrance (a game in our case) and it produces an exit (the expected result) based on prior learning and previous results that are combined and weighed through a network of the so called neurons! thus giving a computed answer through "learning" experience, which can or not be monitored, such as happens with human beings!
