Question for ya all

I didnt know whether to put this in this section or the tech section, im looking for a peice of software/service/way of getting emailed when a particular horse is running... now and again i will want to watch a horses next running position or bet on it next race with the less weight and forget about it or go to work, only to see it win at 40/1 in the results... cheers lads
