Stupid System?

...if you can call it a system? I have no idea about systems really - but I have noticed watching some races lately that horses that have done well in certain races the year before often do well the year after and often at decent prices. It's as simple as that - back horses that have won the specific race the year before - anyone know about this and thinks its stupid or is it worth trialling for a bit? Thanks for any input/comment

Re: Stupid System? I've noticed this a few times too mate, will be interesting to see what it throws up. I'd definitely paper trial it for a while though, as with any system you do. best of luck, will check back with interest.
