Jaded
Anyone enjoy it enough to try a game today? $50 + $5 at 21:40 is out of my price range, but there's a satellite in just under half an hour and I'm going to try my luck if anyone wants to join me. slapdash
Re: HOSE Satellite at 16:20? $5 + $0.50, PokerStars I couldn't play in the $50+5 if I got through the satellite, so I'll give it a miss this time. Good luck, though.

Jaded
Re: HOSE Satellite at 16:20? $5 + $0.50, PokerStars 23rd out of 170 atm, 18 places. Just had an outrageously lucky one-outer in stud, admittedly - but not overimpressed by the quality here either. Even if I don't get in tonight, think I'll take a look at the $50 game to see what the standard's like. It'll presumably be a fair bit better, but will be interesting to see just how much better... As someone pointed out earlier, I think the danger in that one is you'll have some really good limit hold'em players who'll do very well in those rounds, in particular. Jaded
Re: HOSE Satellite at 16:20? $5 + $0.50, PokerStars Down to 126 and about to crash out, but most of the loss was on a Texas hand when I flopped top pair and was convinced someone was bluffing with 2 overcards - they were, but they hit their flush :( Next time this is on I strongly encourage anyone half decent at HOSE to enter, I reckon we can take top prize in the big tourney at least once before Christmas!
