Best Book or how to improve

I have been playing online poker for about 4 and half years and I still don't make money. I play it for the love of the game and just about hold my own. However, there comes a time when you want to make a profit. Any suggestions on how I can improve, what books to read, websites to look at etc please. I play regular.
