having the worse day ever

i think today of all days has been my worst day ever of betting, i have lost nearly every race, but then i usually do evening betting instead of day cuz im usually at work and i was wondering if anyone had any tips to help me get some money back cuz seriously, how depressing is it to constantly loose? lol thanks mark
