AJ
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge sadly yes, the STT's I play are very heavily weighted toward winners, 70 / 30 being the split between first and second (only 5 players), my 49.3% itm is made up of 29.3% of seconds. My main focus for the next 75 - 100 stts is to continue in reducing my bubble finishes (after 30 stts it was 40%), and to try and push some 2nds into 1sts
Masterplan
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge ok time for an update. jsut to add theres 27 HU games in here where my stats are currently 15/12 so thats why there's so many 2nd places now. having only won 18 of the last 65, given that 15 of them were HU wins ... i'm on a small loss overall about $16. but its to be expected. the heatwave has affected my concentration badly, and there's been a few days where i know i shouldnt have played at all. and i did anyhow. thankfully, today isnt one of them :) Overall Summary #Tourneys 265 Total Entries $1,071.65 Total Prizes $1,201.00 Total SNG Profits $129.35 ROI 12.1% ITM 38.5% $/Tourney $0.49 #hrs 69.76 $/hr $1.85 Avg Finish 4.29 min/tourney 15.8 Overall SD $6.42 Overall MT utilization 1.96 100.0% conf. in $/tourney +/- $2.48 ROI +/- 61.3% Finish % Number 1st 22.3% 59 2nd 12.1% 32 3rd 8.7% 23 4th 8.3% 22 5th 14.0% 37 6th 13.6% 36 7th 8.7% 23 8th 4.2% 11 9th 4.9% 13 10th 3.4%
PokerBarney
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge Don't mix the game types, it makes your stats inaccurate and unusable. Have a separate sheet for each game type. Wow.. spent $1,000. Looks like a lot of money doesn't it? :)

PokerBarney
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge But the games are different, so the stats are useless. Would you mix HU and MTT stats? It makes them useless.. You could post all 5. Or just the ones that you've been doing from the start of this challenge.
Valiant23
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge Have to say I agree with Barney here Master. If there are separate stats for each type then it may help highlight leaks or pluses to your game, which could help you maximise your ROI. Masterplan
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge yes and no. i feel very confident in my HU play. if i'm still in, my table image is either, very very lucky, or only raises with huge hands. then i tend to dominate opponents too tight to call or too aggressive and fold when re-raised by me. just played another 4 of them, 1 2 4 6. was severely chip dominated in the 2nd place one. ended up going out wheni flopped bottom pair to his QKs which he limped on ... another 4 down, 1 2 3 6 updated stats for them above :)
Masterplan
Re: Masterplan's personal stt challenge stt profit down after trying a few rounders games without nailing a decent strategy for them. but just jumped on a few cashtables at CDpoker and cleared $10 of my bonus while making $48 profit. updated my statistics and boom. i've cleared the $500 profit mark!
