Apollonios Posted May 31, 2006 Share Posted May 31, 2006 Ladbrokes @ 12.00 (Back) ReasoningIn this year's Vodafone Derby the favourite will be the Mount of Soumillon Visindar,second favourite will be the Mount of K.Fellon Horatio Nelson.The weather forcast is that the ground might be GOOD.The one I like here in a high odds is PAPAL BULL.He is the son of Montjeu(IRE)-Mialuna(Zafonic(USA)),he is one of the few having raced 1m4f.11May06 he won his Derby trial in a style after losing few Lenghts in the start.He will be suited with the conditions.He is been supplemented(75.000pds)to run in the Derby(I don't think people throwing money for nothing).Jockey will be R.winston(his firt Derby ride),trainer is S.M.Stoute(already with Derby winners).I think PAPAL BULL has good (EW) chance,especially if he breakes good and if the ground gets GD/GF.
