Dodger Posted May 18, 2006 Share Posted May 18, 2006 Due to my credit card (Citi) refusing all transactions to or from internet gambling sites, I am forced to use bank transfer or cheque to transfer funds. So a couple of weeks ago used Webdollar on the Virgin site to transfer £100 to my bank account, the webdollar site said 2 to 6 days for the transaction. But searching this forum there were several horror stories about Webdollar, so I wasn't going to hold my breath! However the money hit my bank account five days later...no problems at all. Just thought there should be a thread somewhere that shows that fund transfers are not always the nightmare that, after viewing moaning threads on forums, they may first seem to be. It only took 6 days to get the pin number mailed to me in NZ, then 6 days for the money to hit my credit card in England.
