Your 2 selections are 7/2 and 16/1, so to dutch, your staking plan should be: 7.9 pts @7/2 and 2.1 pts @ 16/1. That way your 10 pt stake returns the same amount either way. However many others just refer to it as having two or more selections in the same race with level stakes. I am using this latter definition because most of the races I will be putting up will include a relatively long price selection. Varying your stakes in such circumstances means that if and when the long priced selection wins the potential profit is significantly reduced. All academic at the moment though, because no winners.
