Re: D B G - D G T 2:10 Wolv Sir Bond

Good race last time when paired with Winston being beaten by a neck. The good part of that tough loss is that it was ahead by 4 lengths of the 3rd place horse. Great record by the jockey at this track which is hard to go against especially with Sir Bond’s latest run.

2:30 Wind Rouen Beaten on its debut by 4 lengths to someone that had a good run just a week before. It might just be Rouen’s turn to duplicate that winners way here. Plenty of unraced runners and with an already good run for experience it doesn’t look bad to take this. The trainer has been doing very well with plenty of good results by its runners.

2:40 Wolv Red Sovereign

Won its last race (Banded Stakes) at this track from the same distance. Has more weight to carry this time out but has a jock that will help enough. The jockey is does not have that much experience but won one of its last two. The win came from this track late last month. I just like RS’s form coming into this – improved its finishes in the last three. Maybe it can once again make all the running and win.

4:00 Wind Malapropism

Should do a lot better today as it had its first run of the season already. Ended last year in good fashion with 2nd, 3rd with the last being 5th out of 21. The last 4 of 5 have been ran at Class 2 (1 at 3) and most of its races last year was from Class 2 or 3. Today should find it this a little easier than its norm last year. With the way it ended last year I’m hoping it can be back to that form and win today.

4:10 Wolv Ashes

Only been very close to winning since February and could finally win with the way its drawn. The trainer has the best record at this track compare to the rest with runners today. It also has some good runners today so Ashes might just have learned a way to finally win entering the race today.

4:30 Wind The Last Drop

Raced on the same ground from its first and last race (9.17.05) Able to finished 5th at Newbury and I hope it doesn’t have any problems at this track. Good form by the trainer and the last two around this distance or more have been 3rd place finishes. But overall going in a good direction for all its runners.

4:30 Wind Warnes Way Not the greatest debut but now paired with a better jockey here. The jockey for today have won 2 of its last three that it ran for the trainer. Has a chance if it can do what it did from its last race – taking the weakening part out. Good trainer & jock form to gamble here.

4:40 Wolv Seattle Robber In one of the best draw for this race but stuck at hoping the jockey can take advantage of it. The trainer did have some good runners this month – although no winners came up but only three 2nds out of the last five. Still, the draw makes this a gamble and the area its in this is the best by form.
