THE % MAN Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 DICTATOR 2.50W This took my eye LTO and it's a horse that came from the John Oxx stable.It ran 3rd lto and was given a very tender ride and i'm sure it's a future winner,the SP today looks around the 5/1 mark and maybe worth a small EW bet.The only downside today is it's in a ameteur riders race and that could be a problem.
