A few things

Okay, I must apologise for not having been around as much recently. I posted a while ago the reasons why so I won't bother repeating them. I've got a few points to make: 1) I simply will not respond to people e-mailing me or posting in this forum asking me where a thread has gone unless they have looked in another forum when I have moved it. It is nothing less than rude. I very rarely delete threads, so have a look in the other forums. 2) A few people have complained about the forum recently. I feel that people have been slightly harsh on Sebflair - he is obviously a good tipster, and I look forward to receiving his tips in the future, either by e-mail, or (preferably) in the Lounge. As I've said before, If you don't like a thread, ignore it No good comes of slagging people or their tips off. Disagreement with reasons before the event is excellent - insults after are not. 3) As for the Lounge not being very good in terms of information, I have a couple of suggestions / recommendations: a) When posting your picks, put their opponents too. b) Odds and bookies would also be pretty good. c) Results would be nice, like Sioux suggests. d) Reasons for the picks would be good too, even if it is just a hunch. We all have our ways of picking matches. 4) I will soon make the Lounge registration only. This is mainly to prevent jokers who just come on here to cause trouble. The majority of regs are registered anyway, and on all massive forums reg is compulsory. If you have any other suggestions or recommendations, feel free to e-mail me or post them in this thread. I'm listening :) .

Re: A few things Ollie is right. There's nothing wrong with constructive criticism but destructive personal battles devalue the forum for everyone. Obligatory registration would also clear up any (necessary or unnecessary) suspicion surrounding multiple IDs and provide a means for Ollie to (in appropriate cases) email the punter letting them know when they've overstepped the mark without necessarily doing it publicly...
