STT Turbos

Hi all, wonder if I could get a bit of advice. I play these quite a lot on Betfred and up until the start of last month was fairly successful on them. I play on different levels depending on mood but the highest I go is a £10 STT Turbo every now and then. How do you all approach them? As far as I know I'm not playing a helluva lot differently but I am struggling to get into the top two money places usually busting out at 3rd or 4th. It's getting very frustrating as i feel I'm playing most of the hands right and have been hit by quite a few bad beats. I tend to play a TAG game but a little bit more aggresive than if it was a ten seater due to the speed at which the blinds rise. I am finding that as my poor finishes increase I am getting tighter and tighter which I need to stop doing. Any advice/opinions much appreciated

Re: STT Turbos I used to play turbos a lot but stopped because IMO (especially on betfred where you only start with 1k chips) they are just a crapshoot. If you don't bag a decent hand fairly early on you just get pressured into making a move with cards you usually wouldn't play. I'd say the way to approach them has to be with loose aggressive play, bullying from the start. It's a strategy that takes more skill than I've got unfortunately.
