Toronto @ NY Rangers | Toronto | 2.73 (Pinnacle) Washington @ Philadelphia | Philadelphia | 1.36 (Bluesq.com) Pittsburgh @ Carolina | Carolina | 1.20 (Pinnacle) Colorado @ Columbus | Columbus | 2.14 (Coral) St. Louis @ Calgary | Calgary | 1.28 (Pinnacle) Minnesota @ Edmonton | Edmonton | 1.66 (Pinnacle) Anaheim @ Vancouver | Vancouver | 1.55 (Ladbrokes) Dallas @ San Jose | San Jose | 1.84 (Pinnacle) It seems like Toronto's streak of losing is over. Belfour have won two straight after going 1-11. Belfours last game vs the Rangers was vintage Belfour. The Rangers had a good streak before that game going 5-1 to start the month of November. That game, Belfour allowed 1 goal when facing 28 shots. Belfours goaltending will help defeat the Rangers. More injuries for the Flyers...doesn't look good but Washington is a better team when playing at home. Washington, as usual in a streak of losing games. Washington have allowed 5 goals each from their last two games. Despite the injuries that the Flyers have , they can win this one. It's their last home game for a while..defense and defense from the Flyers. Very low price for Carolina - but they're playing Pittsburgh. What are the chances Pittsburgh can win this game? If someone famous says 1% more than 1% of the people that hears it would prolly believe that. I don't know the % but from looking at how both teams have been all year it sounds correct to go with Carolina. The lost against Tampa Bay needs tonight to be a win to stay ahead of TB in the division--not like they need it but they play to win the game. Columbus, Colorado, Columbus, Colorado, Columbus, Colorado..Colorado looks like a smart choice because they have the better team.Columbus have won 6 out of 7 and 5 straight at home - 7-3 in the last 10...They have been playing really well - they now have to play a 'good' team,..but last nights game against Minnesota only helped Columbus' chances here. An offensive team will give Colorado a harder time tonight and send Colorado to Detroit with a 1 game losing streak. Calgary against a team that can sometime defeat an odds on team. St Louis have won games 'they are not suppose to win' - I hope that doesn't happen as they play a good team in Calgary. It's Calgary's last home game till the Olympics are over and teams like to perform in front of their fans so those fans will waste their money on the team. This St. Louis have been like the old Blues this month. They've won theire last 3 after losing to Detroit. Going with Calgary to take a win St. Louis took from them in St Louis. Edmonton is rested and Colorado played a tough match against Colorado last night. I'll bet on the rested team against the one who's playing back-to back nights. Edmonton lost their last game - which was against Colorado. They are 6-2-2 in their last 10 and needs to win tonight against Minnesota to get closer to Colorado in the overall standings for the division and conference. Vancouver has plenty of potential and they have yet to get to what they can really do. I believe it's the goalie that's giving them problems - mostly on the road. This game is at home - Auld is 14-4 at home allowing only 57 goals (2.83 per game). Vancouver should play tough defense here and keep Selanne away from scoring. The Ducks have lost 2 straight and 3 out of 4. I don't see much from Anaheim here who's on the last game of their road trip. They'll slack it tonight and they'll try to get the win against Chicago on the 10th at home. This one sounds ridiculous as the San Jose Sharks is picked to defeat the Stars. San Jose play a tough home game. Dallas plays a tough road game. Dallas may be just overjoyed as they defeated the Cayotes 5-1. Tonight is not going to be that easy. The last these two met, the game ended in a 3-2 Dallas win - in overtime at Dallas. So, San Jose can play against them. SJ had a 2-1 lead until 15 minutes into the 3rd period. It was a tough loss for the Sharks and tonight gives that game a more reason to win this one.
