guesswest
I have 4 different withdrawals I've submitted through Webdollar on different BM sites the last two weeks, each for $500 ($500 is max withdrawal before you receive the security code in the mail). I'd never used Webdollar before these withdrawals. Each one of them has been declined, the 800 number they provide for customer support doesn't work, and all poker response offer is to email them. Has anyone else had any grief with Webdollar, or for that matter has anybody successfully withdrawn using them?
laidbackbloke
Re: Web Dollar I haven't played too much at sites that use web dollar, but i have made a few withdrawals (before the security code came in the post) with no problems :\
guesswest
Re: Web Dollar Cheers laidback :) Am seriously pissed off they have no customer support and don't even notify you when there's a transaction decline/problem, had to go through my log to find out. Mr Bubbles
Re: Web Dollar What did it say on your transaction log guesswest? Tried to withdraw from my mermaid account on the 16th and it just says held on the transaction log, not sure if this is the normal for first withdrawl or if there is a problem. guesswest
Re: Web Dollar I got the 'held' comment on Mermaid too, but that was when I tried to withdraw more than $500 before entering the security code. So I think that's what it means. If a transaction is rejected it'll say 'declined'. You could give em a call, they have an 800 number if you click on help in cashier? Mr Bubbles
Re: Web Dollar Cheers mate, It was only $60 so not over the limit, but as I only tried withdrawing on monday I will leave it untill after the weekend and then call if necesary just to see if it is a natural delay as it does not show declined. Hedonist
Re: Web Dollar I have never deposited at a site with web dollar but have joined both Canbet and Mermaid in the last week or so. Have received 2 letters in the post with pin numbers and security codes (different for each site). It says that for any queries contact their 24 hour support department at [email protected]. You could try an e-mail
Mr Bubbles
Re: Web Dollar It took them a week but my first withdrawl from mermaid has just cleared. Pleased as most was the freeroll winning's which I won before I made my first deposit (i did make it before the withdrawl though)
