Betfred Poker Premier League Betfred Poker has created the Betfred Poker Premier League which allows players to pit their wits against fellow players in daily tournaments with the aim of becoming Betfred Poker’s champion player. The Betfred Poker Premier League will start on Monday 9th January and will run for four weeks. The tournaments will take place on a daily basis and points will be awarded based on each player’s finishing position. The top three players each week will win a branded set of Betfred poker chips. The overall winner at the end of the four week period will win a branded Betfred poker table and the top thirty finishers will receive entry into $2,000 freeroll exclusively for these players. All players will be guaranteed a prize in this tournament. The tournaments will all be $3+$0.30 entry, freezeout tournaments (i.e. no rebuys allowed). Each tournament on Monday to Saturday will have a guaranteed prize pool of $150, with the tournament every Sunday set at $250 guaranteed. The tournament each Sunday will award double points. All entrants to a league tournament will receive 1 point for participating. This is added to any other points they may happen to win by finishing in the top twenty. For participation into a Sunday league tournament, a player will be awarded 2 points Points are awarded as follows:
