Re: **Poker Sunday 18th December** I'm a bit of a thicko when it comes to geography and distances. How much does 40k in miles roughly equate to? For example how many times could you fly to Vegas and back with the prize? And... (hopefully Rippy can answer this one) is the prize for one person only, like one seat on a plane for 40k miles in flying. Or can the miles be shared between 2. Sorry for being nosey but I'm really interested, it's a great prize, you must be ecstatic right now! :loon

I don't think it works out that it's 40,000 divided by the distance you travel - it's more of a nominal value. See here for what it's worth http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/en/gb/frequentflyer/earnmiles/vaaflights.jsp he can almost get 4 return flights (economy) to Vegas with those miles!!!
