GaF
Re: NordicBet Freerolls Can you play in these if you're registered with another Prima site like Bet365? Prima don't restrict - you can play them all...... They will even link your accounts together and give you your alias (in fact you're only allowed one alias across Prima network)

rockofgibraltar
Re: NordicBet Freerolls Has anybody had trouble cashing out from Nordicbet? Last time I tried it took 3 weeks. They will only do credit cards or bank transfer. This is a pain for me because I tend to move my poker money around via Neteller.
GaF
Re: NordicBet Freerolls I haven't tried yet ...... :unsure Have a few bob in there now - will give it a go soon (by Credit Card probably....) Valiant23
Re: NordicBet Freerolls I haven't tried yet ...... :unsure Have a few bob in there now - will give it a go soon (by Credit Card probably....) Gaf?, is it wise using credit cards? I mean I don't, but don't you get hammered by surcharges?
GaF
Re: NordicBet Freerolls Agree totally Valiant - however I was persuaded/persuaded myself to make an exception in this case - http://www.punterslounge.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20089&highlight=nordicbet+credit
slapdash
Re: NordicBet Freerolls According to the Nordicbet rules, there's no charge for withdrawals to credit cards, so long as you withdraw at least £40. They do have charges for deposits by credit card, though.
GaF
Re: NordicBet Freerolls Cheers slapdash :ok I presume the withdrawal is in dollars though - so I presume there will still be foreign currency charges on the card ..... :unsure
slapdash
Re: NordicBet Freerolls Not sure. When I opened a Nordicbet account I had to choose a currency and chose GBP. I think that means my balance is kept in sterling and there should be no currency charges. I'm not 100% sure how it works with the poker room, though. I assumed that when I won/lost money in the poker room it was just converted between £ and $ internally, with no banks involved, but I could be wrong. GaF
Re: NordicBet Freerolls Looks like you're right again mate........ My sportsbook side is stated in GBP - In the poker room, I can see that the exchange rate on transfers is stated - 1 GBP = 1.76537383866 :ok This reminds me - I wonder how closely they track this ..... a while ago I had the idea for a scheme at Corals - they clearly state that they use the closing mid exchange rate from the day before, on the london markets, as published in the FT (and available live on the FT web site) - I figured there was an opportunity to make exchange rate profits just by transfering money back and forth (because you know how the exchange rate will move before it does!!!) - in the end I couldn't be bothered - I figured the sums involved to make it worthwhile would come to their attention and they'd stop you before you'd made anything worthwhile....... but I wonder ..... :lol
