I can put up with the odd disconnection but I can't remember the last trouble free night I've had on this site. :moon :moon I've sent away an e-mail to complain, a copy is pasted below but bear in mind I'm not very good at putting what I feel into words. :unsure 'I would like to complain about your Poker Site - I have just been disconnected for at least the 5th day in a row (probably more than that) I am currently in a MTT and I know when I get back in I will have no chance of progressing due to the amount of chips I will have lost in the time away from the table. Am I supposed to accept these disconnections day after day when other sites are offering far more reliable software? Surely, with the amount of money you are currently making I would have thought keeping the customer happy would be your main priority but that clearly is not the case. I also tried to contact live help through the Sporting Odds Betting website but had no joy. (what is the point in having Live Help if it is not contactable?) I will be posting your reply on punterslounge.com website as many of the members there are suffering from the same problems as I have described. I have also attached a screenshot of the moment your site decided to disconnect me. Can you give me a reason for these contined problems and can you also explain why I should continue to waste my money with this site? I look forwar to your reply.'
