They are really pissing me off:@ When i opened my account before the PL freeroll i registered my credit card and deposited $400 to get the full deposit bonus. A while later i decided to withdraw $500, and found that it didn't give me the option to withdraw back to my credit card (not mentioned previously) I have a neteller acount so chose that option and it went through................. it wasn't an ideal way to do it, but i figured it would do. Then tonight i decided to cash out my golden palace account as i wasn't planning on playing there anytime soon. When i tried to make a withdrawal this message came up. Age Verification Required Regulations forbid us from paying prizes or winnings from online games to people less than 18 years of age. We are required to positively identify you before sending this payment. You have two choices:

1Please photocopy these documents and fax them to: 1-888-557-8851. Or, scan and email them to: [email protected]
  • Your credit/debit card (front and back)
  • The top of your credit/debit card statement (showing your address)
  • A valid photo ID (example: Passport, Driver’s License, etc...)

Please send to the attention of the Security Department and indicate your screen name. — or —

Thanks for your understanding Understanding ................... ...................my Arse :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ I remember a couple of people playing on the freeroll had problems getting their cash out, but they hadn't registered a card so i could see some sort of reasoning, but this is taking the piss............... i mean how the fcuk does a scan of the back of my credit card do anything to prove my age :unsure it just leaves me feeling slightly uneasy about providing it when i can see no valid reason for it being requested................ and how come i need to prove it now after already making one withdrawal?:unsure I've sent them an email, but i guess i'll probably have no option but to provide them with the info they want if i'm to get my cash back:@ When i eventually get my cash back i'm having fcuk all to do with them again. Any other site i used all i have to do is press a few buttons and the money is on its way.:spank
