A while later i decided to withdraw $500, and found that it didn't give me the option to withdraw back to my credit card (not mentioned previously) I have a neteller acount so chose that option and it went through................. it wasn't an ideal way to do it, but i figured it would do. Then tonight i decided to cash out my golden palace account as i wasn't planning on playing there anytime soon. When i tried to make a withdrawal this message came up. Age Verification Required Regulations forbid us from paying prizes or winnings from online games to people less than 18 years of age. We are required to positively identify you before sending this payment. You have two choices: 1Please photocopy these documents and fax them to: 1-888-557-8851. Or, scan and email them to: [email protected] Your credit/debit card (front and back) The top of your credit/debit card statement (showing your address) A valid photo ID (example: Passport, Driver’s License, etc...) Please send to the attention of the Security Department and indicate your screen name. — or — 2Instead, for faster payments, you may join the FASTBack program.? Thanks for your understanding Understanding ................... ...................my Arse :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ I remember a couple of people playing on the freeroll had problems getting their cash out, but they hadn't registered a card so i could see some sort of reasoning, but this is taking the piss............... i mean how the fcuk does a scan of the back of my credit card do anything to prove my age :unsure it just leaves me feeling slightly uneasy about providing it when i can see no valid reason for it being requested................ and how come i need to prove it now after already making one withdrawal?:unsure I've sent them an email, but i guess i'll probably have no option but to provide them with the info they want if i'm to get my cash back:@ When i eventually get my cash back i'm having fcuk all to do with them again. There was no mention whatsoever that i wouldn't be able to withdraw my winnings back to my credit card (they were happy enough to take the payment though). Fortunately i have a neteller account, but if i didn't, look at the other options i would have had. MyCitadel .............. which i assume is like Neteller A check in the post which takes 2-6 weeks ( must be being delivered by donkey ) A check by fed-ex which has a $35 fee or a bank draft (min $100) where the charges are $15 per $1000, $45 max Basically you must have a neteller or mycentinal account if you don't want to be charged (either that or wait for the donkey) If you don't have one then you will have to delay until you have opened an account and verified it ...............might be worth mentioning before hand The reason given for wanting a scan of the front and back of my card, was also false.............................. its nothing to do with establishing my age. Do I believe that golden palace are going to misuse the info i send them............................. No. but if a random website was asking for this sort of info and displaying such inconsistencies and ommitting to mention so many important details then very loud warning bells would be sounding. So it hardly reflects well on them. They know perfectly well that if people knew in advance the hassles they would have trying to withdraw their cash they would lose custom.................................. which is why they purposly neglect to mention any of it. As i said before i don't want anything more to do with them once i have got the last of my cash back. I can play on the same cash tables at a different site on the network if i really want to, so there is no need for me to use golden palace again. Betfair , littlewoods, and sportingOdds are much easier to deal with - mind you they are used to dealing with needs of the horse racing follower who is used to getting his money asap and doesn't want any fuss..... I have also went through all of this hassle to withdraw my winnings from the PL freeroll but eventually did get it sorted but I haven't use GPP since as I think there are better sites out there.
