Seeking Help: Unfair €17,000 Withdrawal Rejection by BULLSBET CASINO Due to Alleged "Multiple Accounts"

Recommended Posts

Please help.

I’m using a translator, so I apologize if there are any errors.

I’m a Japanese player, and my €17,000 withdrawal from Bullsbet.io was denied because they claim I have “multiple accounts.” This decision was supported by Casino Guru, citing IP, device, and cookie data, but I’ve only ever used my contracted internet connection. I avoid public Wi-Fi after a similar issue with another casino and have been playing without issues for months until Bullsbet.io started having system problems.

Last week, while they updated their system, my wagering tracked at 50%, some games wouldn’t load, and I couldn’t log in. I reported the issues immediately, but I had to keep playing since the bonus expired in 48 hours. An affiliate friend suspects the casino’s detection tool may be flagging errors, especially for iPhone users like me.

Does your casino use an internal or external tool to detect accounts? I believe Bullsbet.io’s internal tool may have caused this error.

I can’t accept that they’re confiscating my winnings over a mistake. Despite their good reviews, I see other cases of account-related confiscations. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

@Charlie37 ,

First of all welcome to the Forum.

As BB has told you that you've had multiple accounts, they'll be able to share with you the account name, Email, bets made, etc. from the duplicate account (as it's apparently you) along with proof of the matching IP address. That's the first thing that I would ask for. Proof. They can't just say these things match without showing you the proof. Especially when they're withholding a big sum of money.

Unfortunately, we're seeing a lot of this kind of thing recently where online bookies allow people to gamble and deposit with no issue and then when the punter wins a decent amount they'll go out of their way to ban the player and stop the payment. Whether that be asking for mass amounts of unrealistic documents or accusations.

I'm sure there will be other people on the forum with better advice, but it's a start. You can also complain about a gambling establishment via the Gambling Commission and that's also something I would be kicking off with that kind of money
