Winning Both Halves

Here's another system Ive decided to take a look at this season. Theres no strict selection guidelines as yet but it will include a teams previous achievement record and their goal difference. As this is completly untested its a paper trial only. Right , down to it. B365 offer "To Win Both Halves" bets on most games in the EPL,CC,L1,L2,Conf and SPL. This is for a team to win each half as if they were seperate matches. So far this season 30 games would have paid out from 158 played. Backing all games that would mean we need an average price of 5.3 to break even. Unfortunatly I dont know whether the winning bets were on the higher, lower or medium end of the scale. To reduce the selections Im going to use a combination of teams that have managed it previously and teams with good goal differences. A good goal difference will help as because they need to win both halves, the game must be won by 2 or more goals. Tracking how many times teams have managed this I hope will identify teams that play equally for the whole game. Some teams may go 2 up in the 1st half but sit back and defend their lead in the 2nd. This is no good to me. I will be backing teams with positive records and opposing those with negative ones. Bets will displayed like such: Reading v Millwall - Reading @ 7/2 The bold team is the team that makes the match a qualifier(positive or negative). The team next to the price is the team to be backed. No real idea how this will go but hopefully it'll throw up some nice results. Starting bank will be 100pts and bets will be level stakes of 1pt.
