Struggling for players this week as have 3 spurs players in my squad + carragher suspended, Gallas out, Warnock probly won't play. :wall Its tough at the top.. Blue Bucko
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ BOARD CONFIDENCE IS HIGH Dave Martin and his team Board Now take away the bottle of bubbly this week (its in the post ;) ), just edging out last weeks winners Workings Wanderers and frisky chicks by the single point, with a score of 64 :clap . It was Dave's Midfield which did the damage, with Lampard (1 goal) as Captain, Nobby Solano (2 goals), Nolan (1 goal) and Pennant (assist) gaining the bulk of his points. He even managed it with just 9 men as his 2 Spurs men were off duty. The top 4 remained the same, but Working Wanderers goood run has moved them into 5th, a jump of 6 places in 2 weeks :clap . Nick's Winbetters are currently in 464th place overall after a few below par weeks, any tips for our less experienced players Nick on how to play the game? Simons outstanding 2 weeks have won him the MOTM award :clap . The glamour models will be around your house on friday to give you ................................................................................. your cheque ;)
Blue Bucko
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ Ive decided were going to have the cup qualifiers this weekend/gameweek as all prem sides play the one match. So the top 16 this weekend go through. There will then be a draw made and you will be up against an opponent in a one-off match in a forthcoming game week. Good Luck :ok

His scouse element earned 42pts between them Gerrard, Fowler, Osman and Rooney;) . Overall..Our leader Nick had a average week by his standards with Liverpools inability to keep a clean sheet in their 2 games proving his undoing. The Week 34 MOTW was Matty Wallace and his Wallace Wanderers with 75pts :clap. The Chelsea Lads gained 47pts themselves! Overall, Matty's excellent week means he rises 3 places, from 6th to 3rd. While i sink to my lowest position of the season, 7th :( . Two excellent weeks sees Phil Bell top of Monthly leaderboard. It was also the cup QF's .... Blue Bucko
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ Marek Boczkowski and his Dowie-isms Bouncebackability took this weeks honours with a mighty 76pts. There was a number of key perfromances that won him the award, but it ultimately came down to the selection of Bullard, whose 9pt midweek hall gave him victory. The race for 2nd place is really hotting up now, with any one down to 6th capable of grabbing it....(unless the managers in 7th and beyond want to prove me wrong) Monthly CUP REPLAY BBB XI 28-50 Scouse Army The scousers prevail, Rooney and Lampard being the deciding factors, with 25pts between them. Blue Bucko
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ Dobson Notches MOTW Sorry for the late update :$. With a score of 56pts Stephen Dobson and his team Top of the Notches took the Week 36 honours, with probably the most unlikely winning team this season!...Not only did he have 2 of Newcastle's Defence, he made one of them captain!..add to that the Lord of the Manor (Cisse), was his top points scorer!.. Well done mate..some bold picks that paid off, eventually..looking at the league table ;) . :clap In the overall league...winbet has managed to stretch his lead to 199pts :eek :clap . The race for 2nd place is really hotting up now though. In the lowest scoring week of the season 3 managers stooped so low, that they only managed single figure scores :spank :lol The Final MOTM table for April Congratulations to Matty Wallace, sterling work to hold off the runaway leader :clap CUP SEMI FINAL Scouse Army 41-33 Board Now Cider City 34-37 Wallaces Wanderers Both games went the way of the higher placed teams. Blue Bucko
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ BEARS ROAR TO WEEKLY WIN An outstanding performance from Bears Utd, means James Colhurst took the penulitmate MOTW with a score of 106pts :clap, just edging out season long leader Winbet by 4pts. The Bear's took full advantage of Fulham and Arsenal's double game week, with the maximum 3 from each team. Henry as Captain did the business again with a 38pt haul by himself, the extra Fulham players and Jussi in goal proved the beating of Winbet's team. With just Sundays games to go......... winbet
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ I might have got manager of the week had I transfered in the right fulham striker. Well done James, 106 is a very impressive score. I forgot to select my team today as the deadline has gone. Oh well Henry will still be my captain. Do I get anything for winning the league (by miles) ? Maybe Paul Ross can sort me out a PL t-shirt or something. I would then wear it in Hong Kong and Australia while I am over there this summer (free advertising for the PL!)

Blue Bucko
Re: Fantasy Football: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ PHILLIPS POWER TEAM In the final week, David Phillips and his team Funking Barstewards take the MOTW award :clap , by a point from myself :wall . A total of 75pts from just 9 players was enough, with the mercurial talent of Henry pitching in with 34pts as captain (seem to have said that a lot lately). NICKY P'S ON COMPETITION An outstanding season long showing from PL member Winbet meant he had the league virtually tied up from the start of the year. He finished on an incredible 2118pts, 249pts ahead of myself in 2nd. In the overall competion he ended up in 672nd out of 811,173 players :notworthy :clap . PM'd Mr Ross but no word back yet on a prize :hope FINAL LEAGUE TABLE The A.A.A BOYS joined in week 10, so by default Winrews Wonders take bottom spot:cry . CUP FINAL Scouse Army 35-35 Wallaces Wanderers Unbelievably the final ends up a draw! ..and with no extra game weeks, the cup has to be shared. The Wanderers where hampered by a touchline ban on their manager :lol , who was unable to pick his side. With both sides captains not playing, points were low. The wanderers assistant manager didnt impress banned boss Matty by forgetting to play Henry as captain, which in the end cost him the outright trophy. The same could be said for the scousers, who were unfortunate that their captain got sent back to his stable. :clap well played everyone..time for a world cup one :tongue2
