Hi, I'm new to baseball betting, but I know there is loadsa great opprtunities in the sport. Could anyone recommend what the best books are for baseball? I'm also a little confused about what leagues there are etc, there seems so many i.e the world series etc. One other thing, when do these books normally post there odds? Sorry for all the questions! Re: Baseball Help Well im not sure about best books, as I only have a Stan James account. The Leagues are split into the American League and the National League. These are further split into east,west,central.Winners@wildcard go to playoffs and win of the AL plays the winner of the NL in the World Series. Typical bets are money/line (straight win) ,handicap -1.5 or +1.5 and over/under a certain amount of runs to be scored. You might want to do a lot more research before you start putting your cash on it.
