Assuming you're isolated and on your own PC, I can't even begin to suggest what the problem is. They might even suggest for you to: a. log out and log in again. b. restart your machine and have another go. The phone number's 0800 03 20 878 btw if you want to ring 'em. I'm on a wireless network with 4 other computers, don't know whether that is something to do with it, but don't think it should be given that none of them will have Betfred Poker on them. Equinoxx if your readind this (christianu) I did pretty well for myself in that freeroll we were playing, 5th in the end mate, think its the same one im talking about, bumped into a few people i remember from here on betfred.
