Taking advantage of handicap marks

Recommended Posts

Time for a little mini system while most eyes are focused elsewhere.

This will involve utilizing a stallion's average winning mark in the past 365 days for their progeny when they are running in their first hurdle or chase handicap.

I will include those runners who have been awarded a mark that is below or equal to that of their stallion, which I believe is the correct way to go rather than those who have an above average mark as that may well be their limit.

As an example, I will use a winner from today using this criteria:

3:45 Plumpton - Talk Of The South OR 102 (Stallion:Milan Average 365 day winning hurdle OR 110)
