Tedthewolf
Here we go again another golf year starts. I wasn't going to have a bet in this but Bet 365 have ERINE ELLS @ 66/1 which is way to big in my book the 2 time winner here is 40's with most bookies so the big easy looks a bit of value here at 66's. Ernie is starting to age but the 46yo can still mix with the young uns on his day
Aidymac
The Value Bets LEE SLATTERY (45/1, Bet365) absolutely loves it here in South Africa and should be backed at an attractive price this week. He played extremely well in this event here at this course last year, just missing out on a play off by one shot and he finished the week in 3rd. He is no world beater but this is the sort of tournament he is up to winning, as shown when he took advantage of a weakened field in the Russian Open last year. In such a poor field overall this week, he looks a bit of each-way value. MORTEN ORUM MADSEN (100/1, Betfred) is another player that likes the climate of South Africa and he is a massive price if he can get back to anywhere near his best. He blows very hot or cold but he won this very event on this course two years ago, with a four round total of -19. He is a very good iron player and with the ball travelling so far due to the height above sea level the course is, he can use less club off the tee. The driver usually lets him down but he might not need it too much this week. GARTH MULROY (100/1, Bet365) is a South African and you can't not back a home native for this weeks' tournament. This lad is potentially overpriced and he is a European Tour winner on home soil, as he won the Alfred Dunhill Championship back in 2011. He did not have a great 2015 but his best finish came late in the season when 9th in Portugal so he could be hitting form. He finished T10 in this event two years ago and wouldn't have to improve too much on that to figure here.
