New System... need programmers to help "optimise

Recommended Posts

Hi guys and gals, This is probably going to be met with a lot of eye rolling and possibly critism but I am going to have my say anyway... please hear me out before you crucify me :) What I have devised was inspired by that crazy genius Einstein himself when he stated that the casino could be beaten in the long run if you had an unlimited bankroll and no table limits... What I am looking for is someone to help me test out a system I am working on that is infinitely expandable without bets ever exceeding the table limits through computer simulations. At this stage I would like to say that I am serious about this and I am NOT trying to sell anything here or promote anything. This is NOT Advantage play or another stupid Martingale progression. I do understand that it is impossible to overcome the negative expectancy of a game of chance like baccarat so please don't ridicule me and mistake me for some simpleton that doesn't know anything about gambling or the mathematics involved. Its all a matter of parameters that you deem "possible" or "likely" to happen in my opinion. For example, I know that it is "possible" for 1 million heads to come up in a row if you toss a coin but I would bet my house on it that it would not happen that way in my gambling life (but I'm sure that you could disprove that running 10000000000000000000000000000 or so computer simulations - but I will never see that many outcomes in reality). So if you were to come up with a system that took such an event to happen before it failed I would deem that a "winning" system (using the term very loosely - again, I do agree with everything about expected loss). What I am attempting to do is create a system (no card counting) that is able to handle the "bad runs" and recover in the long run. I am doing this by taking on a different approach to anything I have seen before. I am simply looking to "fine tune" it at this stage by running simulations to see how certain adjustable variables within the system affect the outcome over x million trials etc. I do not wish to make the system public as I am serious about the prospects of my idea and I don't think that it is responsible to put it out there for people to possibly lose money on. Even if this is proven to fail I don't believe that I have been embarrassed as the system is well thought out and makes sense and has a sound mathematical basis (I just need to decide what deviation from expected statistical norm should be deemed "impossible" and I will discover through the trials)... Basically, I enjoy the maths and statistics of this sort of thing and would love to hear your thoughts about my ideas... If you are serious in wanting to help out and test my theories then please send me a private message. I know that this will be met with many skeptical looks but know that I am serious and I am not trying to sell anything here or ask for money. Thankyou

Re: New System... need programmers to help "optimise Not sure I can help you directly Gambling Bomber but I know a very clever man who might be able to. Namely Joe at football data. He'll probably be able to help on the simulation side of things and will certainly be able to advise you on the foolishness or otherwise of your idea. He is a member here so he may see this thread and make a comment in due course otherwise drop him an E-mail. Datapunter will almost certainly have some thoughts on this too I might add.
