Hi guys was playing in a £100 freezeout tourny at local casino tonight when the following happened in the first hand. i am sitting in seat 6 and I am dealt QQ Seat 1 dealer Seat 2 posts 25 blind Seat 3 posts 50 blind seat 4 folds seat 5 folds I then call 50 and raise 350 seat 7 folds seat 8 calls 400 seat 9 folds seat 10 folds seat 1 folds seat 2 calls and raises all in 3500 seat 3 folds. What should I do or what would you do. I actually folded as did seat 8. I now believe I should have called but I had never seen the player before and did not know how he payed. I eventually went out about 30 mins later anyway. I was on the button. Everyone has folded before me so I raise 200 holding 67o. Small blind folded and bif blind called. Flop came 6 10 7. 2 of which were diamonds. Straight and flush a worry. I bet 1000. he goes all in. I am now down to 1500 chips so I call. he shows 9 10. So I am in front. Turn was a King. River a 8. I lose to a straight. get my coat I'm going home.:@

Re: £100 freezeout live tourny question Id say because its a freezeout (a rebuy tourny would be very different) that id fold the queens. For someone to go all in FIRST HAND when two people are in for a lot of chips already stinks of KK or AA to me without a doubt. Its not like youve lost a huge amount of your stack folding anyway. So I think you made the right call (or not a call! :lol you know what I mean!)
