Re: Sky Bet League 2 > March 21st & 24th Tuesday TV preview: 3pts Luton vs Wycombe - Draw 12/5 Betfred These two played out an entertaining 1-1 draw at Adams Park in atrocious conditions on Boxing Day and I think we’re in for another competitive game of football here too. Luton’s form has gone right off in recent times but their last two performances have been more encouraging, they just haven’t managed to put the ball in the net but their home record remains very strong which will give them some confidence. Wycombe could do with all three points and are on a solid run of form but often when both sides are desperate for the points they can cancel each other out and that could well happen here so the draw looks fair value. No better place to get their season back on track, in front of the Sky cameras, against the only team they realistically can catch to make the automatic promotion spots. Of course, coming into this game, on the back of four straight defeats, does not bode well but by all accounts their performances haven't been that bad. They seem to start very slowly, often giving teams a one or two goal start, then pile the pressure on second half. I'm sure it's simply a confidence issue, as their large squad ought to be one of the most talented in League 2. Wycombe's away record speaks for itself, with only one League defeat on the road all season. Strangely, they seem to have a bit of a phobia about playing on a Tuesday night though, and haven't picked up many points away from Saturdays. To counter Wycombe's excellent away record, Luton's home record is still superb and with a big crowd roaring them on in front of the cameras, I can definitely smell a big performance and three points for the Hatters here.
