Aidymac
Uttoxeter 3:50 - Betfred Midlands Grand National Chase(HANDICAP) (Listed) (1) 4m1f 110yds Oliver Sherwood's stable has been in great nick over the last few weeks, and GLOBAL POWER should be up to following up his victory last time out. The 9 year old gelding was a well backed 13/2 shot at Ludlow last month when beating Five Star Wilsham by 4 lengths in the Class 3 handicap. That made amends for the West Wales National run at Ffos Las in January, where he was also smashed off the boards into 4/1, but was pulled up behind huge margin winner Bob Ford of the Rebecca Curtis yard. His win at Ludlow last time out was off a mark of 128, and in order to be victorious tomorrow he will have to win off 137, which is a 9 pound hike. Of course, that makes life much more difficult, but I think he has the sufficient improvement in his to get involved at the very least as connections must think he is ahead of the handicapper if he has been so well backed. He ran in this very race two years ago and ran a creditable 4th behind the David Pipe trained Big Occasion and I am expecting another big run tomorrow at 14/1 with Bet Victor. >>>>> Global Power - 1 Point each-way @ 14/1 Bet Victor (1/4 Odds 4 Places) http://www.punterslounge.com/midlands-grand-national-tip-global-has-the-power-to-overcome-a-9-pound-rise--20150313
