Re: Race to Dubai 2015 Season preview: 1pt ew J.Donaldson to win Race to Dubai 33/1 William Hill (1/4 1-3) One man I like the look of at a perfectly fair price is Jamie Donaldson. Donaldson finished fourth in the Race to Dubai last year despite his season tailing off a little bit after the euphoria of the Ryder Cup. That is only to be expected given everything that event was but with no Ryder Cup in 2015 and a more spaced out big tournament calendar I expect Donaldson to go very well indeed. He finished fourth last year without finishing in the top 12 of any of the majors and only once was he in the top 20 in a WGC event. He’s a better player now and is capable of featuring strongly in all the big events. He also has a very good record in the desert and Asia which is important and at 33/1 Donaldson looks great value this season. 0.5pts ew L.Oosthuizen to win Race to Dubai 66/1 Paddy Power (1/4 1-3) Another player who looks overpriced in this market is Louis Oosthuizen. Oosthuizen had a 2014 to forget with injuries dogging him for so long but he claimed recently that his back problems are behind him if you pardon the pun and if that is the case he should go well in 2015. Let us not forget Oosthuizen is a major champion and but for a piece of brilliance from Bubba Watson from the trees in their playoff at Augusta he may well have a second major title to his name but Oosthuizen is still a quality player and with the Open being at St Andrews in 2015, a place he has an exceptional record at including his Open Championship win in 2010 the South African should be looking forward to a big year. Oosthuizen only played 14 events in 2014 but was still just outside the top 15 in the rankings. With a busier schedule and majors on courses which suit Oosthuizen can provide us with a good run at a cracking price.
