Newcastle 3:50 - John Smith's Northumberland Plate(HERITAGE HANDICAP) (2) 2m 19yds One piece of form has stuck out to me like a sore thumb here and if the horse can repeat it he could take a lot of beating at a very big price. The horse in question is the Peter Chapple-Hyam trained Boite who hasn't been seen for around a year since he completely flopped in a Group 3 at Newmarket. However, previous to that run, he finished 3rd behind Leading Light in the Queen's Vase at Ascot @ 66/1 and the Aidan O'Brien horse has since gone on to win the Ascot Gold Cup. His fitness has to be taken on trust after such a long break but he is running here off a mark of 97 and with a very capable 7 pound claimer in Jordan Nason aboard, he could place here. Boite - 1 Point each-way @ 40/1 Bet Victor Read Full Preview @ http://www.punterslounge.com/northumberland-plate-betting-boite-has-some-smart-form-in-behind-leading-light

Re: Flat Racing > Saturday June 28th Curragh 4:15 - Paddy Power Scurry(PREMIER HANDICAP) 6f 63yds I am a big fan of the young and talented jockey Chris Hayes from County Limerick in Ireland and he looks far too big a price at around the 25/1 mark to land this race aboard Sruachan in my opinion. The 5 year old gelding is one of the more exposed runners in the field but he has a real liking for the Curragh and has racked up three wins here. Chris was aboard when he won a handicap here over 6f in April off a mark of 87 and he should be able to be competitive off a 4 pound higher mark tomorrow. The horse is versatile with regard to the ground, he might want a bit of cut but he has run well on firm ground in the past. He is worth a bet at the prices in a very tough race.
