Re: Open de Espana > May 15th - 18th Tournament preview: 1pt ew T.Bjorn to win Open de Espana 25/1 Paddy Power (1/4 1-6) Thomas Bjorn is a former winner on this course having won the World Open here in 1999 and he was third the last time the tournament was held here in 2009 so this is clearly a course which catches Bjorn’s eye and one in which he can score well on. Bjorn missed the cut at Sawgrass last week but we shouldn’t necessarily hold that against him as it was only three weeks earlier that he was contending for the Masters. He looks in great nick at the minute and I think he can land the first big event in Europe for 2014 this week.
