Newbury 1:50 - Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise Stakes(John Porter) (Group 3) (1) 1m4f 5yds Noble Mission is a very risky proposition to bet on, you are always guaranteed a run for your money with him but he doesn't seem to put it all in at the finish when he nearly always comes there travelling. He went off a short priced favourite for this race last year but he could only manage 3rd behind Universal and more is needed here to win. I have already mentioned the two horses at the head of the market but the Richard Hannon trained Pethers Moon is another with a live chance in what looks a very open race. He won a Listed race at Kempton in great style last time out. My bet for this race is Cocktail Queen each-way though, she is too big a price not to back and definitely has the ability to figure. Re: Flat Racing > Saturday April 12th Newbury 2:20 - Dubai Duty Free Stakes(Fred Darling) (Group 3) (1) 7f Lady Cecil has a lovely fleet of horses and her filly Joyeuse is another with a live chance here if she produces anywhere near her best. She beat Dorothy B in a Listed race at Salisbury last September and contested the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket after that so dropping down in grade she must have a chance. The Charles Hills trained Coral Mist is another that has to enter the equation after getting up in a close finish to win a Group 3 at Ayr last year. I think Dutch Courage could well be the horse to beat though, Richard Fahey normally gets the start of the season off to a flyer and there could not be a better jockey booked to do the job.
