Re: BBOTD Wednesday 8th 2.45 Doncaster - Honest John EW @ 16/1 BetVictor For a horse that goes well fresh you would have to be disappointed with his 2 runs so far this year but the yard are in decent form at the moment with 3 winners from their last 12 runners and a return to this track might just perk him up a little. His record here reads 2-2-1 with the win coming over CD last November on soft ground. That came in a novices' event off 115 so tomorrow he is actually 3lbs lower. Jason Maguire has had 1 recent ride for the yard which resulted in a win and he is on board this one tomorrow taking over from 7lb claimer Paul Bohan. This is a tough race but Honest John clearly likes it around here and I would expect a much better race from him now Maguire takes over the steering.
