jcf1957 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Hi, I had quite a session on line with one of the big bookmakers, 20 of my bets on virtual horse racing have been declared void due to technical reasons and i have been refunded my stakes, bets prior to and afterwards went normally however this period in between was when I raised my stakes all bets where on time ect, I have asked for the results of these races but to no avail, can they do this after accepting the bets?, I thought these races are pre determined so even if you have not seen the race they still have the result!, anybody experienced the same situation?. Cheers! Quote
danj2202 Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 It happens reasonably regularly in the bookies that a virtual race is announced as void due to problems at sis i assume some sort of crash. If you could provide a little more information as in did you see the races and then they were declared void or did the race just not happen? If the race is not shown regardless of what the result is paying out on it would be incredibly difficult as all who won would be delighted but the losing bets would justifiably be upset. And in answer to the can they part. Yes a bookmaker has the option basically to void any bet they want to at any time with good reason of course Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk Quote
