Thurles 1:40 Gibbstown was running a very big race last time out at Tramore when he fell half way through the race. He had built up a decent lead in front and was travelling smoothly but a sharp track like Tramore can always catch you out when it comes to the jumping. Thurles is a fairer track and running off the same mark if he can get his own way in front he could well travel like the winner yet again in a very competitive race tomorrow. That was the first creditable run we have seen from the horse in his 15 race career to date so it could be that they have finally found the key to the horse now running off a very low weight.
