Flat Racing > Monday December 9th

Lingfield 3:00 Very competitive handicap here so value to be found and I think the Hugo Palmer trained High Time Too if far too big a price at around the 14/1 mark. He won a Class 5 handicap at Wolverhampton back in August, beating Pelmanism by just under two lengths. He then went on to Kempton and ran a good race when 2nd to Gone Dutch, a progressive looking Fanshawe horse. I thought he acquitted himself well here at Lingfield last time out when 4th to Tinghir and the drop in trip back to 1 mile from 1m 2f is going to be more to his liking, he has finished second twice from two runs over the trip.. Martin Dwyer is a positive jockey booking and the price looks too big. High Time Too WIN @ 14/1 Coral

Re: Flat Racing > Monday December 9th A couple of interest for me on the AW tomorrow 1.30 - Lingfield - Ada Lovelace @ 7/1 Bet365 Competitive class 5 handicap and although my selection could only manage to finish 6th over C&D last time out she wasnt beaten that far and is definitly capable off this type of mark. She was a big eyecather on her penultimate start when not getting a run at Kempton and was well backed last time out at Lingfield. She and a couple of others went very hard up front but she shaped well, having every chance 1f out (trading at 1.7) however she couldnt quite sustain the pace and weakened late on. Shes often quite keen so if Jimmy Quinn can get her to settle without exerting too much energy early on i fancy her to go very close. She's been dropped a further 2lbs for that last run and i see her winning again on polytrack again very soon. Just to add i've been watching Cadeaux Pearl's dropping mark for a while and i tipped him up lto at double figure odds, he was backed into 4/1 and ran no race at-all. Wouldn't right him off just yet and he may well show abit more. 5.10 - Wolverhampton - Suehail @ 22/1 BetVictor I'm certainly not going to go mad on this one but he is a horse from my notebook that looks fairly interesting tomorrow. He won a couple of times in Ireland last year showing a decent level of form. Started off this year well enough but after a couple of starts spread over a few months he's switched yards. He transferred to the Robert Cowell yard and i feel he is certainly one trainer that'll get the best out of this horse. His first start for the yard would have been needed having not seen a racecourse for 6 months but last time out at Wolverhampton i felt he showed there might be something to work with. He was held up and was kept quite wide throughout, he travelled well enough to about the 2f pole where he was outpaced and ended up finishing a fairly well beat 6th (Did trade at 9 in running when BSP was nearly 50/1). Its also worth pointing out though that that race looked a pretty hot contest for the grade with quite a few unexposed and useful AW performers. Tomorrow he steps up in trip by just over 1f, to the extended mile at Wolverhampton which could just suit (has won at 1m twice, including on polytrack), he's been given some instant respite from the handicapper and has dropped to a mark of 75, allowing him into a class 5 race. That should help too as this certainly doesn't look the strongest of races and considering his highest winning mark in Ireland was 82 he could just be well handicapped when Robert Cowell finds the key to him. It may well turn out that he needs abit more time/help from the handicapper but i feel he'll definitely pick up a race of this kind sooner or later.
