Re: Overs/Unders Betting Disclosure: I'm not placing these bets. I am recording them here for several reasons. Most importantly to test a simple strategy in a public forum where I can't fiddle with my spreadsheet to make the strategy look better/viable (something I have done in the past, sad) and to feed my interest in football betting without the financial risk involved as I have only in the last couple of weeks broken a compulsive habitual gambling problem. Starting Bank: 100pts Stake: 5pts If bank drops to 50pts stake drops to 2.5pts. If bank doubles to 200pts stake increases to 10pts. Picks are chosen considering last 5 home games (home team) and last 5 away games (away team) versus odds offered by SkyBet (The only online bookie that I use) This thread is a kind of therapy for myself where I will learn one of two things: - Simple statistical data doesn't work for this type of betting Or - It's possible to be profitable by keeping my picks under the control of a simple betting and staking strategy.
