Re: Jumps Racing Monday 2nd December 1.40 - Plumpton - The Road Ahead @ 8/1 Paddypower I'm gonna take a flyer on the Peter Bowen runner to improve for a marked step up in trip. The 6yo is still extremely unexposed, having only had 7 career runs (4 of which were in bumpers) and has shown some ability in her 3 hurdle runs. She chased home the now 137 rated Letsby Avenue on hurdling debut before disappointing at a short price next time out. Her handicap debut wasn't without promise though when an 8L 6th over an extended 2 1/2m at Uttoxeter and i just feel that the fact she has been quickly upped to 3m 2f suggests that was an inadequate trip. She gets a lot of weight from the rest of this field and could well prove abit better than a mark of 100. Tom O'Brien takes over in the saddle and he has a great record riding for this yard. More of a value selection than being overly confident about her winning but hopefully she'll go well.
