Re: Flat Racing Monday 2nd December 5.20 - Kempton - Corporal Maddox @ 15/2 BetVictor Interesting handicap to get stuck into and i fancy Corporal Maddox to go very close. His last 2 runs over this C&D have suggested he definitely has a race of this kind in him over the winter. He's shaped fairly similarly on both starts, being held up towards the rear from wide draws, travelling nicely throughout the race before having to weave his way through a lot of traffic, he's not had the clearest of runs on either start and has ended up being beaten by a length or 2 despite finishing very strongly. Like tomorrows race both of his latest starts have been in very competitive handicaps although i feel this looks abit more winnable. He has a much better draw than his last 2 starts in stall 2 tomorrow night and although i'm not a massive fan of George Baker, he is a good AW jockey and should give Corporal Maddox the style of ride he needs.
