Re: Flat Racing Friday 29th November 6.55 - Wolverhampton - Cadeaux Pearl @ 12/1 Bet365 I usually like to see abit more promise from runner coming back down the handicap sharply before getting involved but i just have a feeling Cadeaux Pearl will run well tomorrow. On the best of his form he should be thrown in, having won a handicap off a 15lb higher mark 18 months ago however he probably isn't that good anymore. I do feel he still has a race like this in him though and dropping in grade into a class 5 handicap off 68 he should have more of a chance against a similarly exposed field. He's not the most straightforward of rides and often needs plenty of encouragement from the saddle, his penultimate run showed this where he was ridden along the whole 5f and actually didn't disgrace himself considering he got a lot of competition for the lead and then met trouble around the bend and into the straight. For this reason i feel Luke Morris is a great jockey booking, he has a profitable record for this yard and is good as most on the AW. Cadeaux Pearl has won twice on the AW before and if he breaks nicely from stall 6 i expect a bold bid to gain his first win in a long while.
