iPoker phasing out $ buyins, moving to € & £

As above, ipoker will be gradually phasing out $ buyins for both cash tables and tournaments. Cash tables will only be available in € and £ in future. Not clear at this stage whether sngs and tournaments will be just € or also include £. Will link to full story soon.
