Extremely brief short of time! 12.20 Southwell Madeira Girl won on penultimate start around here over 1m3f, didn’t score with that much to spare though and a 4lb rise found her out back on polytrack. Obviously return to this surface a plus but must find more now. Mr Lando is generally reliable although has yet to encounter this surface which is always a worry. Amtired might be the safest option, not seen since June and not seen on this surface since being beaten 13 lengths by Masterful Act and that is no shame given what he has achieved since. Doesn’t run a bad race here and should once again give a run for your money. 2pt win Amtired 6/1 VC

Re: Flat Racing 14th November 3.20 Southwell: Royal Bajan @ 4.5 William Hill Won 3 on the dot, before going slightly off the boil. Has now had a freshen up, and won at this C&D after a similar freshen-up this time last year. Has a win and two 2nds over C & D overall.
