The European Tour goes matchplay this week for the Seve Trophy, a Ryder Cup style tournament between GB&I and Continental Europe. Should be a good week of matchplay. All things Seve Trophy in here :ok.

Not only do Continental Europe have a top captain who will make sure his side know what the competition means but they have some very straight hitters of a golf ball in the likes of Molinari, Luiten, Bourdy and Bourdy among others while they have some long hitters who can do some damage. The British side are all good players but to use a racing term are all a little one paced. I really like the European side and think they can regain this trophy with a bit in hand this week.
