Murphy bounced into a bit of form in Doncaster last weekend when he made the semi final of the PTC there, before he lost to Ricky Walden. That was a welcome return to form and he can continue that here in Germany. This tournament is often won by a big name given the name it carries which inspires the top players. Mark Selby has won it for the last two years and Murphy can keep the big name theme going by winning this weekend.
