Deuce Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Hey guys I don't have a theory, a system, or reasoning as to why I like distance betting, but I come here to pick your brains. I love betting distances at any given race meeting and to be honest it dawned on me that the very reason I bet them should be the reason I don't. I look at a card and like a noob see a 4 horse race or a very short favourite and think distances. Not thinking for a minute that the line is already inflated due to what I've just mentioned. So I ask the experts here, what makes a good distance bet? Are there certain tracks that in certain conditions will pay, big fields, small fields, heavy favs, large priced favs. I'm open to opinions and crackpot theory!
