Building myself a betting bank with £10

Hi everyone, I've been browsing this website for a couple of weeks now and finally decided to have a go at a thread. I'm going to back selections at odds between 1.6 and 1.85 on betfair trying of course to seek some value. After a win I will restake my winnings by backing dead certs (e.g. over 0.5 etc) and lay no hopers at long odds until I have a double up- this shouldn't take more than 2 or 3 bets. The idea is a really simple one, and provided the initial picks win more than they lose and I can have a high "conversion rate" from my wins I will hopefully be able to build up a decent bank over the course of the summer. To start with each pick will be £5 and at £40 this will increase to a £10 stake. Right, time to go and look for my first bet...:drums
